Provider Performance

2018:

Message from John R. Walton:

“For 2018 the board has approved a maximum bonus of $6,000 for anesthesiologists and $4,000 for CRNAs.  To achieve the maximum, the provider must be employed by Aisthesis, work the entire year, be full-time and achieve top quartile ranking on the performance criteria.  Employees will be pro-rated according to actual start date, full-time equivalency status and ranking in other quartiles.  The bonus will be paid during the first quarter of 2019 after the criteria have been scored.”

 
 
Aisthesis is committed to evaluating  the professional performance of providers, using  multiple metrics to ensure balance and to be as objective as possible.
The final scores will be divided into quartiles so you will be compared with your peers in Aisthesis.  There will always be a top , upper middle, lower middle and low quartile.
All providers in Aisthesis are excellent whichever quartile they rank in .
Each provider should take time to understand how these components are going to work,  review and use the results and feedback constructively and to score as highly as possible in the future.
We should all realize that in the world of performance surveys many factors play a part in the final results and that perfect scores are not always achievable.  However,  consistency and effort to improve will pay off.
